Following a high-level security assessment at the Kirya in Tel Aviv, Defense Minister Israel Katz has declared that the Israeli military is fully prepared to resume and escalate its direct war against the Iranian regime. Accompanied by IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and senior intelligence officials, Katz emphasized that the military is currently waiting for the green light from the Trump administration to execute its next phase. This planned offensive is intended to be significantly more lethal and different from previous operations, with the explicit goal of collapsing the foundations of the regime and returning the country to what Katz described as the dark ages and the stone age.

The proposed Israeli strike targets the core of the Iranian state, including central energy and electricity facilities, as well as critical national economic infrastructure. Katz stated that the mission involves completing the elimination of the Khamenei dynasty and the subsequent leadership of the terror apparatus. The Defense Minister argued that the Iranian regime is currently on the ropes, with its leaders hiding in tunnels and struggling to communicate. Despite Iranian propaganda claiming victory, Katz noted that the regime's infrastructure remains completely exposed to Israeli air superiority. The Israeli defense establishment maintains that while the regime prioritizes its own survival over the well-being of its population, the upcoming attack will be designed to ensure that even that survival is no longer guaranteed.
