Shin Bet chief David Zini met in the United Arab Emirates during the ceasefire with Mohammed Dahlan, a longtime rival of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and a figure often discussed as a possible post-Hamas leader in Gaza, Kan Reshet Bet reported.
The report cited regional and Israeli sources.
