- Air France (France): Suspended flights to and from Tel Aviv until further notice due to the closure of Israeli airspace. Also canceled flights to Beirut.
- airBaltic (Latvia): Canceled flights to and from Tel Aviv until June 23, 2025.
- British Airways (UK): Suspended flights to Tel Aviv until July 31, 2025.
- Delta Air Lines (USA): Paused flights to Tel Aviv from New York through August 31, 2025, with travel disruptions reported until June 30, 2025.
- El Al Israel Airlines (Israel): Canceled all scheduled flights to and from Israel on June 13 and 14, 2025, due to security concerns and possible Iranian counterattacks. The airline is moving some planes out of the country and has suspended new bookings through June 22, 2025.

- Pegasus Airlines (Turkey): Canceled flights to Iran until June 19, 2025, and to Iraq and Jordan until June 16, 2025. Flights to Lebanon are operating only during daylight hours.
- Qatar Airways (Qatar): Temporarily canceled flights to and from Iran and Iraq, with flights to Damascus, Syria, canceled until June 14, 2025.
- Ryanair (Ireland): Canceled flights to and from Tel Aviv until August 31, 2025.
- Turkish Airlines (Turkey): Canceled flights to Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Jordan until June 16, 2025.
- Israeli Airlines: Israir canceled all flights to and from Israel until June 15, 2025, and is evacuating its planes from Tel Aviv’s airport, which is expected to remain closed through the weekend.
- Arkia canceled all flights until June 14, 2025.
