Dramatic Strike: Yamam Kills Terrorist Behind Fatal Ramming Attack | WATCH
In a high-stakes operation last night, Israeli forces eliminated Aa Raouf Shetiyah, the terrorist behind the May 2024 ramming attack near Nablus that killed two IDF soldiers.

After a year-and-a-half manhunt, Israeli security forces eliminated Aa Raouf Shetiyah, the terrorist responsible for the deadly ramming attack at Checkpoint 6 near Nablus, which killed Sgt. Diego Gabriel Harsaj and Sgt. Eliya Hillel of the Nachshon Battalion.
The operation, carried out jointly by Yamam, Shin Bet, and IDF forces under the command of the Shomron Brigade, took place overnight between Monday and Tuesday. During the raid, the forces targeted the fortified building where Shetiyah was hiding, using heavy fire, precision shooting, Matador missiles, an explosive drone, and other advanced operational tools.
Several accomplices who assisted Shetiyah were also arrested during the operation. Since the attack on May 29, 2024, Shin Bet and the IDF had been conducting an ongoing intelligence effort to locate him, which culminated in last night’s decisive strike.
