Strategic consultant and pollster Shlomo Filber has released poll findings showing that approximately two-thirds of undecided voters and supporters of smaller political parties want Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to remain in office, according to data Filber shared publicly.
The survey targeted a specific segment of the electorate, voters still uncommitted to any party and those backing smaller political movements. Among these respondents, Netanyahu's preference as the next prime minister showed strong support.
Filber commented on the results: "Interesting findings. Two out of three undecided voters and voters for the smaller parties want Benjamin Netanyahu as the next prime minister. This is why candidates who are unwilling to commit to this don't receive their vote."
The data suggests that Netanyahu's ability to consolidate support among a traditionally fluid voter base gives him an advantage in any future leadership contest. Filber's analysis implies that candidates seeking to challenge the prime minister may struggle to gain traction with uncommitted voters unless they explicitly commit to supporting Netanyahu's continued leadership.
The poll comes as Israeli politics remains in flux, with the coalition government managing competing pressures from various party factions and public opinion continuing to shape the political landscape heading into future electoral cycles.
