A Month Into the War: 834 of Massacre Victims Identified

So far, 736 victims have been given a proper burial.

The Israel Police announced today (Monday) that so far, 834 victims of the Hamas massacre of October 7 have been identified.

The Police said that efforts to identify the remaining victims continues, and that 736 of the victims have been given a proper burial.

Yesterday, it was reported that the family of Ruth Peretz, the girl with special needs who was at the Re’im nature rave with her father, were notified of her body being found and identified, after having been murdered by Hamas terrorists.

A week and a half before, Ruth’s father Arik ob”m had been identified and buried. Ruth’s wheelchair was found unattended in the area and her fate had remained unknown. They were brought together to be buried in the Tzfat cemetery last night.
