Second victim of Karmiel stabbing attack improving

According to the Galilee Medical Center, the second victim of the stabbing attack in Karmiel has improved and is now in moderate condition.

The Galilee Medical Center just announced today (Thursday) that the second victim of the stabbing attack in Karmiel is now out of intensive care and is considered in moderate condition.
