According to the Israel national news report, the eldest sister managed to keep control of the vehicle during the attack, preventing a potential serious accident.

In a separate incident on Monday night, Miriam Yered, a resident of Yitzhar in Samaria, narrowly escaped a terrorist ambush on the main road in Huwara. Her vehicle was severely damaged, and shards of glass hit her face.

Miriam is the sister of Israeli political commentator Elisha Yered, who tweeted: "Last night, they attempted to kill my sister. Miriam, my younger sister, returned home tonight after facing an organized Arab attack on the main road in Hawara, just 200 meters from the Yitzhar junction. Arab rioters, with their faces uncovered, charged at her car and tried to stop it. Want to understand the level of lawlessness in Judea and Samaria? Listen to what she told me this morning."

Miriam described the attack: "The incident happened almost as I was leaving Huwara. They must have spotted me at the city's entrance and prepared for an organized assault. They approached from both directions, wielding stones, and attempted to jump onto the vehicle while hurling stones at point-blank range. They didn’t throw from a distance but aggressively tried to stop me, throwing stones with full force. The fact that they were all bare-faced made it clear they felt they had nothing to fear."
