Is Trump heading for a 2004-style win?
A new AtlasIntel poll suggests Donald Trump is primed to win not only the electoral college but also the popular vote - at a level higher than George W Bush's win in 2004.

A new AtlasIntel poll released yesterday (Saturday) shows Donald Trump leading Kamala Harris by almost three points - 50.9% to 48%. If this holds, Trump is set to outdo George W Bush's victory in 2004 in terms of the popular vote.
The poll showed that Trump benefits more than Harris from RFK, Jr.'s decision to drop out of the race, with Trump gaining 3.2% and Harris gaining just 1.2%.
In terms of the most important issues for voters: over 55% of voters consider inflation and the economy to be the top issues, followed by around 50% of people concerned about immigration.
Worthy of note: Trump received the bump in the polls despite the same pollster showing most people think Kamala Harris won the debate between them Tuesday night on ABC, 47.6%-39.1%.
It does not appear as though there will be a second debate between Trump and Harris, as Trump rejected the idea on TruthSocial even as Harris said that the voters deserve a second round.
