Against the backdrop of the storm surrounding Ayala Hasson, who received an ultimatum to either apologize or stop broadcasting, analyst Amit Segal came to her defense on Wednesday and attacked the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation.
"Congratulations to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation, which after a decade without a single blemish, exemplary balance, respectful speech about all sectors and faithful reflection of all opinions in Israel, has finally found the first flaw of one of its presenters and now demands humiliating apology after humiliating apology," Segal wrote. He added: "Whoever panders to a small sect is invited to request his funding from the small sect, not from the public."
