Crazy Candace Owens never fails to diappoint with her shocking baseless claims and conspiracy theories. And as she spews nonsense, she gets more followers (and more money).

After conservative activist Charlie Kirk (founder of Turning Point USA) was assassinated on September 10, 2025, Tyler Robinson was quickly arrested and charged. Authorities say he acted alone, but Candace Owens (former TPUSA star and Charlie's self-described "brother-sister" bestie) has gone full conspiracy mode, pushing wild theories: inside jobs, possible involvement from pro-Israel groups, French agents, even Egyptian military planes tracking widow Erika Kirk.

She's devoted podcast episodes to doubting the official story, accusing TPUSA of financial shady stuff, and more, drawing massive backlash for "grifting off grief" and potentially tainting the jury pool.

Charlie's widow Erika (now TPUSA CEO, grieving mom of two young kids) publicly begged Owens to stop spreading baseless claims, calling them hurtful, which is an extreme understatement after all the things Candace has said.

Tensions exploded: Owens accused Erika of "Meghan Markle syndrome" (wanting privacy but courting publicity), allies like Tim Pool and Dave Rubin torched Owens as damaging Charlie's legacy.

But on December 15, they met in person for a marathon 4.5-hour "productive" private chat (facilitated behind-the-scenes by Megyn Kelly, per reports). Both posted afterward saying tensions thawed, intel shared, time to move on

But Candace dropped a bombshell on her podcast the next day (December 16). She revealed her fans/team warned her not to trust anything at the meeting, so she brought her own water but didn't drink that either, and skipped any offered drinks out of fear they'd tamper with it.

She framed it casually, like "You guys told me not to drink water, so I didn’t drink water. I brought my own water, but I didn’t drink that."

If taht wasn't enough of her crazy, today, she uploaded a new video, claining that Erika tried to poison her with homemade chocolate chip cookies. (You cannot make this craziness up.)

The internet lost it: Critics called it paranoid insanity, proof she's unhinged and accusing Erika (a widow!) of attempted murder vibes. Supporters spun it as smart caution in a high-stakes world. Owens doubled down on some conspiracies post-meeting (still doubting the lone gunman), while Erika signaled she's ready to "get back to work."

It's tearing the right apart, some say Owens is poisoning Charlie's memory for clicks, others defend her "truth-seeking."
