sneako cant actually be deported (Sadly)

Elon Musk Backs Calls to Deport Streamer Sneako Over Shocking Islamist Remarks | STRONG LANGUAGE

Elon Musk called for streamer Sneako's deportation after he declared New York an Islamic republic during a World Cup celebration, though legal experts say deporting a native-born citizen isn't possible.

Sneako calling for Islam to be 'in every household'

A viral clip from a July 3 celebration of Egypt's World Cup win over Australia has sparked calls from Elon Musk and radio host Alex Jones for the deportation of internet personality Sneako, whose remarks referencing New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani ignited a fierce online backlash.

The footage, filmed in Queens during a Kick livestream, shows Sneako, whose real name is Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy, joining a crowd of Egypt supporters and declaring that New York had effectively become an Islamic republic, saying Islam would soon be in every household and that the whole world would eventually become Muslim, referencing Mamdani's mayoralty directly in the process. He doubled down in a follow up post the next day, repeating the claim and adding that he expected other cities to follow New York's example.

Alex Jones reposted the clip on July 5, calling on the Trump administration to deport Sneako over the remarks. Musk replied with a single word of agreement, amplifying the controversy across social media. Sneako fired back at his critics, telling them to go back to Africa and insisting this is his country.

After Jones' critique, Sneako said he is "doing the Citizen Vigilante thing, Alex Jones is indirectly calling for people to kill me."

Elon's comment obviously touched a raw nerve with Sneako, who immediately responded by calling him 'an African migrant.'

Unfortunately for Elon, Alex Jones and all the rest of us, legal experts note that despite the calls for his removal, Sneako is a native born American citizen, and deporting a citizen is not legally possible outside of the rare and narrow process of denaturalization, which applies only in cases involving fraud in the naturalization process itself, a status that does not apply to someone born in the United States.

The episode is playing out against the backdrop of Mamdani's own tenure as the city's first Muslim mayor and the intense political reactions his election has continued to generate online.
