In Possession of an Explosive Device: Three Arabs were Arrested in Umm El Fahm

The police arrested three residents of Umm El Fahm on suspicion of possessing an explosive device and trafficking in weapons. The investigation was opened after last week a city resident was seriously injured after an explosion occurred.

The police arrested 3 residents of the city of Umm El Fahm in their twenties on suspicion of possessing an explosive device and trafficking in weapons.

According to the police statement, the officers of the Umm El Fahm station started an investigation on November 25 after it was reported that a loud explosion had been heard in the city and a resident of the city had been seriously injured. According to the findings of the investigation, it emerged that the explosion was caused by an explosive device that exploded in his hands.

At the end of an operative and strenuous investigation that included the use of advanced technological means by the investigators of the Umm El Fahm station, last week 3 of the city's residents were arrested on suspicion of possessing an explosive device and trafficking in weapons. They were brought to the police station for questioning, at the end of which they were imprisoned.

The Magistrate's Court in Hadera extended the detention of 2 suspects until December 5 and the detention of the 28-year-old suspect until tomorrow.
