Hamas military spokesman welcomes Hebron attack, calls for West Bank uprising

Abu Obaida, spokesperson for Hamas's military wing in Gaza, issued a statement welcoming a "heroic operation in Hebron" carried out in the occupied West Bank. He called on Palestinians to "rise up against the rapacious occupier, to defend the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the prisoners, to confront the aggression against the West Bank and its refugee camps, and to support their brothers in the Gaza Strip, who refuse to accept injustice and surrender."
