A Vengeance Barrage

One Ton Warheads: Iran Vows to Unleash Massive New Missiles Against the West

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has announced they will now only use warheads weighing over a ton, as Hezbollah confirms its latest attacks are a direct response to the death of Ali Khamenei.

As the coalition continues its relentless air campaign over Tehran, the remnants of the Iranian military and its primary proxy, Hezbollah, have issued a defiant set of threats promising to escalate the war to a new and deadlier level. Majid Mousavi, the commander of the Revolutionary Guard's Air and Space Force, stated on Monday that the regime will significantly increase the "intensity and frequency" of its missile fire. In a chilling directive, he claimed that from this point forward, the Iranian military will no longer launch missiles with warheads weighing less than one ton. This move is a clear attempt to maximize civilian and structural damage in Israel and elsewhere as the regime’s stockpiles of precision weapons continue to dwindle under coalition bombardment.

The Weight of Revenge

Majid Mousavi’s announcement regarding the "one ton" minimum for warheads is being viewed by military analysts as a pivot toward "dumb" heavy ordnance, as Iran’s stock of more sophisticated, smaller missiles has been largely neutralized. By increasing the payload weight and extending the range of its remaining missiles, Tehran is hoping to create a psychological deterrent against further coalition advances. "From now on, no missiles will be launched with warheads whose weight is less than one ton," Mousavi told state media, signaling a shift toward a policy of total destruction. However, the ability of the regime to actually launch these heavy payloads remains in question, as many of their primary launch sites were recently leveled by the Israeli Air Force.

Hezbollah’s Survival Instinct

In Lebanon, the rhetoric is equally heated. Senior Hezbollah official Mohammed Raad confirmed that the recent barrages toward central Israel were a direct "response to the assassination of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei." Raad made it clear that the terrorist organization views the current war as an existential struggle, stating that the group will protect its "very existence" at "any cost." This admission confirms that Hezbollah remains completely subservient to Iranian interests, acting as the regime's primary tool for vengeance even as its own commanders are eliminated day by day.

A Desperate Escalation

The combined messages from Tehran and Beirut highlight a strategy of desperation. By promising more frequent strikes and larger explosives, the "Axis of Resistance" is attempting to force a ceasefire through sheer terror. However, the reality on the ground contradicts their bold claims. With the IAF having already destroyed six major military airports and the central drone command, the infrastructure required to sustain a "high intensity" missile campaign has been severely degraded. The threat of using one ton warheads may be the final roar of a wounded beast, as the coalition's "Lion's Roar" continues to systematically dismantle the launching pads and communication networks required to make such threats a reality.
