Toddler Left In Car, Magen David Adom
Six-month-old toddler forgotten in a car in Haifa in serious condition
The baby was forgotten for a long time in a closed car; MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment and referred him to Rambam Hospital.

A six-month-old baby was forgotten today (Thursday) for a long time in a closed car on Kdoshei HaShoah in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer him to Rambam Hospital when he is in serious condition.
Paramedic at MDA Yara Kazan and emergency medicine medic at MDA Ron Cohen said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the baby unconscious with signs of heat stroke. He was very warm to the touch. We gave him life-saving medical treatment that included cooling and administering medication and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital when his condition was serious."
Magan David Adom reminds drivers transporting children, especially during the holidays and on those days when the temperatures soar, to do as much as possible to scan the vehicle at the end of the trip in order to prevent the occurrence of such tragic incidents.
