IDF Soldier Noam Hamburger, 23, Killed by Hezbollah Drone
Corporal Noam Hamburger, 23, from Atlit was killed Friday when an explosive drone from Lebanon struck his unit near the northern border. Two soldiers also wounded.

The IDF has cleared for publication the identity of the soldier killed Friday afternoon near the Lebanese border: Corporal (Samal Rishon) Noam Hamburger, 23, from the town of Atlit.
He was a technology and maintenance fighter in Battalion 9 of the "Iron Tracks" Formation (401st Armored Brigade).
The incident occurred on Friday at approximately 2:20 p.m., when an explosive drone launched from Lebanese territory struck a position where IDF forces were present near the northern border. Hamburger was killed in the strike. Two additional soldiers sustained injuries of varying severity and were evacuated for medical treatment.
