Against the backdrop of preparations for a possible Israeli attack on Iran, American intelligence revealed this evening the ballistic capability of the Iranian army and its firing capacity toward Israel.

According to assessments, Iran currently has 2,000 ballistic missiles, with a significant portion capable of carrying warheads weighing up to 900 kg. This is a figure that places Israel within direct strike range.

According to the report, brought by 'Israel Hayom' journalist Ariel Kahana, Iran's declared strategic goal is to possess a number of missiles that exceeds the number of interceptors in Israel's possession.

American intelligence understands that Iran's capability to produce and stockpile thousands of ballistic missiles, many of which have significant explosive payload capacity, constitutes a tangible threat to Israel's security. These missiles, which cover all of Israel's territory, require Israel's air defense systems to deal with a complex and extensive challenge.
