Rolling Shooting Attack Near Kochav Yair: Terrorist Neutralized, Critically Wounded Victim Found
Initial reports indicate a shooting incident at the gas station in Kochav Yair. A vehicle reportedly opened fire at a man and fled the scene.
A rolling shooting attack is being reported in the Sharon area, with several scenes between Sla’it, Kochav Yair, Tzur Yitzhak and Tzur Natan.
According to updated reports, an additional seriously wounded victim has been located, bringing the total number of casualties to five. Among the wounded are at least one person in critical condition and another in serious condition.
The terrorist has been neutralized.
The attack reportedly unfolded across several scenes, including Sla’it, the gas station near the entrance to Kochav Yair, Tzur Yitzhak and the area between Tzur Yitzhak and Tzur Natan.
Earlier reports said two men in their 30s were treated at the gas station near Kochav Yair for penetrating wounds. Another man was wounded at the entrance to Tzur Yitzhak and was listed in moderate condition. A critically wounded victim was later found between Tzur Yitzhak and Tzur Natan.
Initial field reports described the vehicle used in the attack as a gray Toyota Corolla.
Military forces, police and Magen David Adom teams are operating at the scenes. The details are still developing.
