PA’s New Payment Scheme
Sa’ar Exposes Palestinian Authority’s Secret Terror Payment Network
Saar: "The Palestinian Authority has not stopped payments to terrorists; it has only changed the method."

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said today (Monday) at a press conference in Budapest, Hungary, alongside his Hungarian counterpart, that the Palestinian Authority has not ceased payments to terrorists, it has merely altered the method, and now terrorists receive the payments through the Palestinian postal service.
Sa'ar met today with Péter Szijjártó, Hungary’s Foreign Minister, at the Puskás Arena in Budapest. This was the eighth meeting between the two ministers.
Sa'ar’s visit to Hungary was accompanied by the largest-ever delegation of Israeli businesspeople to the country. The two held a one-on-one meeting and an expanded session with their teams. Following their meeting, they held a joint press conference. Sa'ar’s remarks:
"Contrary to the Palestinian Authority’s promises in English, it continues its policy of paying salaries to terrorists. They pay wages to terrorists and their families for murdering Jews and Israelis, in accordance with their law from 2004 to this day. The PA rewards Palestinian terrorists, including Hamas members with Jewish blood on their hands, both those imprisoned and those released, for example, in the recent deal."
Sa'ar: "They want to reward the PA with its own terrorist state"
"The Authority has never stopped paying terrorists’ salaries—it has only changed the method. Today, terrorists receive the money from Palestinian post office branches. Now the PA is even making additional payments to terrorists released under the agreement. Instead of holding the PA accountable, the European Union whitewashes it. They ignore the ongoing crime of paying terrorists—and in practice, encourage terrorism. They want to reward the PA with its own terrorist state."
President Trump’s 20-point plan clearly stated: No legitimacy for the PA without real reforms. It referred to the "Deal of the Century" from 2020, which said—and I quote: "The Palestinian Authority will take all necessary steps to immediately cease paying salaries to terrorists imprisoned in Israel and to the families of terrorists who were killed." "To this day, the Palestinian Authority has failed to meet the criteria set by President Trump. I call on responsible and moral European leaders to follow Hungary’s example in Europe. Hold the Palestinian Authority accountable! Stop the terrorist salary payments now."
