The IDF spokesman informed this evening (Wednesday) that during an operation at the Shifa hospital, operational headquarters, weapons and technological equipment were located in the MRI building.
According to the IDF announcement, the Shaldag unit and other special units under the command of Division 36 operate in a targeted manner in the area of the Shifa Hospital where they search for infrastructure and terrorist means of the Hamas terrorist organization.
Technological means and combat equipment
During the entrance to the hospital area, the fighters encountered a number of terrorists and eliminated them, an IDF spokesperson said. It was also reported that during searches inside one of the hospital's wards, the fighters located a room containing unique technological means, combat equipment and military equipment used by the terrorist organization Hamas.
