According to the forecast, the current break in rainfall will be short-lived, replaced by extreme wind conditions starting Wednesday night and lasting through Thursday noon.

The brunt of the storm will be felt in Northern Israel and the Northern Coastal Plai*. Meteorologists predict wind gusts reaching speeds of 80 to 90 km/h, with some areas potentially experiencing rare gusts approaching 100 km/h.

Citizens are urged to exercise extreme caution, secure loose items outside their homes immediately, and stay clear of areas prone to falling trees or power lines.
