Donald Trump is going to win the elections – Here's how we know

Get your party crackers out, people. This American political commentator believes that Trump will definitely win in the upcoming elections (and we couldn't be any happier!)

Henry Olsen, an American commentator at the Washington Post and a senior fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Policy, says that Donald Trump is going to win this election by a landslide and possibly win a majority of the votes of the entire American public.

But - why should we believe him?

Well, he correctly predicted the results of the 2020 election and stated that "Democrats have nothing to worry about, Vice President Joe Biden will win this election comfortably." He was right then (and let's hope he is right now!)

Now, he predicts a bleak future for the Democratic Party and determines Trump's victory.

"I have been predicting elections for 20 years and believe that I owe the people who have read my work my best estimate of what will happen. That is what I will do again this year, even though every statistical tool available says the outcome could be decided by a tenth of a point. The weight of the evidence leads me to predict that Donald Trump will win and - best case scenario - even win the popular vote."

If Trump wins only at the electoral level that crowns him the president of the United States, Holsen states that the distribution of the electors will be as follows: "I am 'locking in' my final answer: Trump wins the election 297 to 241, with Kamala Harris winning the popular vote by 49.6% to -48.3%".

Holsen states that Republicans are going to completely take control of Congress, with majorities in the House and Senate.

Without going into complicated calculations, Holsen explains that even now, "as I write this, Trump leads in five of the seven swing states, trailing in Wisconsin by 0.2 points and Michigan by 0.5."

There's good reason to think state polls in Wisconsin are underestimating Trump," he adds. "Pollmaker Patrick Ruffini found the state had the largest polling errors in 2016 and 2020, both favoring Democrats by 3 points or more. He also found that as of September, the polls still seem to be overestimating Harris by 2.6 points."

Luckily for us all, we don't have much longer to wait before we find out if he is right (and all of us at Jfeed are rooting for him!!! TeamTrump all the way!)
