National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir gave an interview Wednesday on Radio 103FM and addressed the question of the Amcha Yisrael party led by Ofer Winter.
"Winter hasn't spoken to me from the moment he got in, I tried to reach him at the time and they told me he doesn't want to talk," Ben-Gvir said. "It's very strange that he's insisting on running, very strange that he's not passing the threshold. They offered him a spot both in Likud and with Smotrich."
Ben-Gvir also addressed the war of words between himself and Prime Minister Netanyahu, and his repeated warnings that Netanyahu will form a unity government and leave him outside. "Why am I worried? In 2009 and 2013 Netanyahu forgot about the bloc, and now the prime minister says he'll preserve the bloc while at the same time they're sending a message to European capitals that there's nothing to worry about because Ben-Gvir won't be in the government."
