Yair Netanyahu, son of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, published a sharp and unusual post on social media this evening, calling on right-wing voters to head immediately to the polls out of a sense of national emergency.
"Right-wingers, go vote, it's not too late! I just voted now!" wrote Yair Netanyahu after casting his ballot.
The younger Netanyahu addressed turnout figures and warned of their impact on the seat distribution and government formation: "The Islamists voted today in the highest numbers in history, while turnout in right-wing strongholds is low. Our country is in danger!"
