Russian Sources Reveal Putin’s New Ceasefire Demands

As Western pressure mounts for a negotiated ceasefire in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly preparing a new set of conditions that many view as an ultimatum rather than a peace offer.

According to three Russian sources familiar with internal negotiations, Putin is willing to consider a peace agreement with Ukraine but only under strict Russian terms. The demands, leaked to Reuters, outline a sweeping set of requirements:

Ukrainian officials accuse Russia of stalling negotiations to gain a tactical advantage. The Ukrainian military reports continued Russian advances deeper into its territory.

Trump, growing increasingly frustrated with Putin’s tactics, publicly warned that the Russian leader is “playing with fire.” On social media, Trump claimed Putin had “gone completely mad” following a devastating Russian airstrike on Ukrainian targets.
