Former President George W Bush published a letter today (Wednesday) congratulating Donald Trump and JD Vance for winning the presidential election yesterday.
He also thanked outgoing President Biden and Vice President Harris for their services to the United States.
The letter ended with a pean to the election workers and the country in general.
