Joe Rogan Goes Insane - Claims: "Netanyahu and His Brother Are Dead"
In a very bizarre clip shared to millions around the globe Rogan rehashed the latest fringe conspiracy theory

Popular podcaster Joe Rogan appeared to buy into wild online conspiracy theories claiming Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is dead, even suggesting his brother was killed in a recent missile strike – during the latest episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.
In a viral clip from JRE #2471 with comedian Mark Normand (released March 20-21, 2026), Rogan reacts to suspicious-looking videos circulating online amid heightened Israel-Iran tensions.
The comments quickly spread across social media, with pro-Israel accounts accusing Rogan of spreading Iranian disinformation and descending into conspiracy territory.
Just days earlier, the prime minister posted a verified video of himself casually ordering coffee at a Jerusalem café, directly mocking the death rumors fueled by Iranian state media and AI-generated fakes.
Netanyahu’s living brother Iddo Netanyahu is alive and active. The only brother killed in action was Yonatan “Yoni” Netanyahu – during the heroic 1976 Entebbe raid, nearly 50 years ago. No credible reports support any recent missile strike on family members.
Rogan’s remarks come as online conspiracy circles have latched onto glitchy “AI videos” of Netanyahu, with some users pointing to odd details like “six fingers” as “proof” of deepfakes. Rogan appeared to treat the rumors as plausible rather than outright dismissing them.
This is not the first time Rogan has waded into Israel-related controversies. His massive audience (millions of listeners per episode) amplifies such moments, turning podcast chatter into global headlines.
