This isn't partnership; it's hijacking, with Vice President JD Vance hopping into Tel Aviv for "unusual" meetings with IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir and Defense Minister Israel Katz, complete with drone tours over Gaza like some colonial overseer inspecting his domain.
This, just after Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner came dashing here, to insist that Israel not retaliate 'disproportionately' when Hamas broke the ceasefire and murdered 2 soldiers, while injuring 4 others.
Gone are the days when Israel could claim independent action in defense of its borders. Now, every strike, every tactical decision must pass through the filter of Trump's whims. Israeli forces notify a U.S.-run command center before retaliating against Hamas provocations, as if seeking blessings from the White House throne.
