Elon Musk asked his Grok AI chatbot to buy Lego sets for his children, and in the process demonstrated how a simple online purchase can turn into a privacy disaster.
The billionaire posted a screenshot of the order on X, showing off Grok's new shopping feature. But the image revealed two Texas addresses, an order number and partial credit card information to his more than 240 million followers.
The order included five Star Wars–themed Lego sets, totaling around $241. Users on the platform quickly spotted the personal details left visible in the screenshot.
