Bus Attack: Passenger Confronts Teens, Gets Violently Assaulted
The victim, who was beaten after confronting the teens on a Tel Aviv bus, required medical treatment; suspects aged 13 to 17 include members of an alleged youth gang.

Six minors - five of them foreign nationals and one Israeli - were arrested by police in Tel Aviv over the weekend for allegedly assaulting a passenger on a city bus after he confronted them about their behavior. Some of the suspects are believed to be affiliated with a gang known as “SSQ.”
According to police, the teens began attacking the man with punches and kicks after he criticized their aggressive conduct. The victim required medical treatment, while the assailants fled the scene.
Following a complaint, Tel Aviv district police launched an investigation and quickly identified and apprehended six suspects - residents of Tel Aviv, Holon, and Bat Yam, including Eritrean nationals and an Israeli youth, aged between 13.5 and 17.
One of the suspects was initially released to house arrest by the Juvenile Court, but after a police appeal, the District Court reversed the decision and extended his detention. All suspects are expected to appear in court today for a remand hearing.
