The easiest cinnamon rolls to break your fast on
After a brutal 25 hour fast, sink your teeth into these scrumptious easy-as-pie cinnamon rolls.



Quick, easy and delicious cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
1 packet of frozen puff pastry
3/4 of a tub of margarine or spreadable butter (like Lurpak)
Cinnamon
Sugar
Cream Cheese
Milk
Icing Sugar
Method:
1. Unroll the entire sheet of puff pastry.
2. Spread generously with margarine.
3. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar
4. Roll the pastry up in a tight log.
5. Cut into equal pieces.
6. Arrange the cinnamon rolls on a greased or lined baking tray.
7. Bake at 180 degrees C (375 F) until browned on top (You can check that theye are ready by sticking a toothpick in and making sure it comes out with some crumbs on it.)
8. Mix together a little cream cheese, milk and icing sugar until you have a smooth frosting. You want a nice thick frosting.
9. When the rolls have cooled, spread with icing.
Note: If you want the rolls to be pareve, replace the milk and cream cheese with either dairy-free milk or rich's whip, and use marg instead of butter.
