IDF and Shin Bet eliminate Popular Resistance Committees leader in Khan Yunis strike

The IDF and Shin Bet eliminated Ramadan Mohammad Ashkhadeh Diab, head of the Popular Resistance Committees in Khan Yunis, in a strike in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday. Diab was a member of the central leadership of the terrorist organization, which cooperated with Hamas in kidnapping Gilad Shalit. The Popular Resistance Committees is a Palestinian terrorist organization established in 2000, now linked to Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran's Revolutionary Guards. The organization's operatives participated in the October 7 incursion into Israeli territory and have carried out numerous attacks against Israeli forces throughout the war in cooperation with Hamas.
