Naftali Bennett declares Netanyahu defeated, vows to form Zionist government after election results

Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced that Netanyahu has lost and the current government will be removed from power, following election results showing the coalition dropping from 68 to 50 seats. Bennett stated that leaders of the "bloc for change" are already coordinating to establish what he called a "Zionist government built on an alliance of those who serve." He thanked his coalition partner Yair Lapid, calling him "a leader, an Israeli patriot, and a true friend," and pledged to form a government that will "manage the country responsibly and serve all the people of Israel."
