Pop sensation Omer Adam is once again preparing one of Israel’s biggest live productions, the upcoming “NEXT” Hanukkah concert, and this time, he may be joined by a legendary voice. According to reports published this Tuesday, Israeli music icon Rita is in advanced negotiations to take part in the mega-show.
The potential collaboration would mark one of the most high-profile castings in recent years, bringing together two of Israel’s most recognized performers on one stage. The “NEXT” production, slated for Hanukkah, follows Adam’s record-breaking concerts at Ramat Gan National Stadium, where ticket sales alone brought in an estimated gross revenue of 45–47 million shekels.
Tickets for those shows ranged from 269 shekels in the upper stands to 499 shekels for front-row seats near the stage, with the average price hovering around 300 shekels. According to industry calculations, Adam netted around 30–33 million shekels in profit before taxes from the Ramat Gan series, even after covering significant costs such as over a million shekels in stadium rental to the Israel Football Association, as well as production, infrastructure, security, logistics, and marketing expenses totaling roughly 12 million shekels.
