Senior Minister Reveals: This is the Primary Objective of the War in Iran
Minister Avi Dichter declares the removal of the Iranian nuclear threat as the war's final objective. Meanwhile, reports emerge of a potential U.S. special forces operation to seize enriched uranium from Iran.
Minister and Cabinet member Avi Dichter claimed today (Monday) on Kan Reshet Bet: "Am K’Lavi [Operating Rising Lion] did not eliminate Iran's nuclear project nor their plan to attain a bomb. This time, that is the goal of the war—once this existential threat is removed, the war will be complete."
Last night, Bloomberg reported that President Donald Trump is planning to execute a daring clandestine operation. According to reports in the United States, the President and the top brass of the U.S. military are very seriously considering a special operation on Iranian soil based on the model of the invasion of Venezuela. During this operation, forces would invade Iranian nuclear facilities and seize the country's stockpiles of enriched uranium.
It was further reported that Trump and the political-security leadership are deeply examining the possibility of launching a bold special operation on Iranian ground, in which special American forces are expected to invade Iran in a special action similar in framework to the operation to capture Maduro.
Under the framework of the operation, should it proceed, American forces are expected to penetrate Iranian territory alongside the use of massive firepower for backup, combined with electronic warfare cover and cyber tools, to seize control of the Iranian regime's nuclear facilities. There, they would take control of Tehran's enriched uranium inventory and smuggle it back out of Iran.
