Radwan Force Hammered: IDF Destroys Elite Hezbollah Compound in the Heart of Beirut
The IDF has conducted a massive wave of strikes across Lebanon, destroying an elite Radwan Force compound and killing a key liaison between Hezbollah and Iran’s Quds Force.

The Israeli military intensified its campaign against Hezbollah over the last 24 hours, conducting more than 100 precision airstrikes across Lebanon. The primary focus of the operation was the Dahiya district in Beirut, a known stronghold for the terrorist organization, where Israeli jets successfully destroyed a major compound belonging to the elite Radwan Force. This unit is Hezbollah’s primary offensive wing, trained for cross-border raids and specialized commando operations. In a separate but equally significant strike in the Bekaa Valley, the IDF neutralized Mustafa Ahmad al-Zin, a senior Hezbollah operative who served as a critical link to the Iranian Quds Force. These actions demonstrate Israel’s commitment to not only hitting Hezbollah’s foot soldiers but also dismantling the specialized units and international liaisons that facilitate the group's terror activities.
Neutralizing the Quds Force Liaison
Mustafa Ahmad al-Zin was a high value target due to his deep ties to the Iranian military establishment. Having lived in Iran for several years, al-Zin acted as a bridge between the leadership in Tehran and the operational commanders in Lebanon. According to the IDF, he used his position to manage and promote various terror plots against the State of Israel, utilizing Iranian resources and training. His death in the Bekaa region is a major blow to the coordination between Hezbollah and the Quds Force, especially at a time when the Iranian leadership is already in a state of chaos. By removing al-Zin, the IDF is effectively cutting one of the most important communication lines that allowed the regime in Tehran to direct Hezbollah's movements on the ground.
Crushing the Radwan Force
The strike in the Dahiya district marks a direct hit on Hezbollah’s most capable fighting force. The Radwan Force compound served as a command center and a training hub for the group's elite commandos. By destroying this facility, the IDF is significantly reducing Hezbollah’s ability to launch the kind of large scale ground incursions they have been threatening for years. Military sources indicate that the strike was carried out using precision munitions to ensure the total destruction of the underground bunkers and equipment storage areas located within the compound. This is part of a broader strategy to ensure that by the time the war ends, the Radwan Force will no longer exist as a functional military threat to northern Israel.
A Relentless Campaign
The 100 strikes carried out in the last day show no signs of the IDF slowing down its operations in Lebanon. From the southern border to the northern Bekaa Valley, the Israeli Air Force is methodically hunting down weapon caches, rocket launchers, and individual commanders. The military’s goal is to create a situation where Hezbollah is unable to recover its strength or provide any support to its patrons in Tehran. As the pressure mounts, the terrorist organization is finding it increasingly difficult to maintain its internal cohesion, as their most experienced leaders are picked off one by one. The IDF has made it clear that as long as the threats continue, the strikes will only increase in frequency and intensity.
