The IDF announced today (Thursday) that the floating pier built by the United States to bring in aid to Gaza has been completed and connected to its land destination. Aid is expected to start entering the Gaza Strip via the pier over the coming days.

While the United States built the pier near Ashdod port, the IDF laid the ground work on land, preparing facilities and infrastructure to enable the offloading and delivery of goods sent by sea to destinations across the Gaza Strip.
