WATCH: Elite Yamam Superheroes rappel down hospital walls, bringing Purim joy to sick kids
These fighters honored their brothers-in-arms, turning grief into a soaring tribute that lifted the spirits of the children they came to serve. This is just one of Israel's millions of magnificent moments.

In a burst of color and courage, fighters clad as superheroes descended from the rooftops, their ropes slicing through the air as they landed with precision at the children’s windows.
Eyes wide with wonder, the kids at Schneider Hospital watched these real-life champions—caped and masked—transform their day into something magical.
This year, the volunteers weren’t just any fighters—they were the elite Yamam warriors, Israel’s counter-terrorism legends.
But their mission wasn’t combat; it was memory and love. They dedicated this heartfelt spectacle to the fallen commanders of Yamam’s “HaKofim Team,” lost in the brutal Iron Swords War: Chief Inspector Alexei Shmaklov z”l, Chief Inspector Moshael Shlomo z”l, and Chief Inspector Arnon Zmora z”l, whose bravery burned bright to the end.
Schneider Hospital said, "The Purim tradition at Schneider doesn’t stop, and this year, too, superheroes descended from the roof to us, handed out gifts to the hospitalized children, and took photos with every child who wanted a picture with their favorite superhero.
We thank the fighters for the time they dedicated to the children of Schneider today and for the protection they provide us all year round."
