TPUSA’s Is Killing Charlie Kirk's Legacy and Commiting Moral and Economic Suicide
From Political Rebellion to Spiritual Patricide: Why the New "Right-Wing Woke" is Targeting the Protestant Foundations, and the Jewish Roots, of American Conservatism.
In the world of American philanthropy and political activism, Jewish donors have long been a cornerstone of the conservative movement.
They give for three clear reasons:
1. A deep-seated cultural tradition of Tzedakah.
2. A history of fierce political engagement
3. A strategic necessity to support movements that secure their status as a threatened minority.
But this week, Turning Point USA (TPUSA), an organization built on the promise of "saving" America from the radical Left, appears to have opted for a path of moral and economic self-destruction.
The controversy centers on the decision to invite Kai Schwimmer, a young German-born extremist known for using blatant racist and antisemitic rhetoric, as a featured speaker.
Schwimmer, is a close associate of white nationalist Nick Fuentes.
In a desperate bid for relevance, Schwimmer has been publicly pleading for a "dialogue" with two of the most prominent voices fighting the "Woke" ideology: Joel Berry (of The Babylon Bee) and James Lindsay.
To their credit, both have flatly refused.
They recognize that giving a platform to a bigot is granting legitimacy to a poison that seeks to destroy the discourse altogether.
For years, we endured "Left-Wing Wokeism," where anyone with a conservative leaning was branded a racist.
Now, we've shifted to the other extreme where "We actually do not care if you are an openly hateful racist".
There is a profound irony in what is happening to Charlie Kirk's legacy here.
In many ways, Kirk’s trajectory is starting to mirror a tragic, secular version of the story of Jesus: a leader who genuinely loved the Jewish people and stood as a fierce defender of Israel, only to see his own movement hijacked by the Ancient Catholic Church who turn against his original gospel.
Kirk built TPUSA on Biblical values.
Yet, by allowing these post-biblical, anti-biblical, voices into the tent, he is watching his historical legacy be dismantled.
Even more puzzling is the apparent compliance of his wife, Erika Kirk, whose silence on these incursions is deafening. In the current climate, where hate for Jews is openly accepted, one wonders, Is a Candace Owens invitation to a TPUSA "Women’s Summit" on the table?
These young Woke people seek to kill their figurative parents - American conservatism itself.
To succeed, they believe they must also kill the spiritual fathers of American conservatism: the Protestants and their biblical readings.
Specifically, those who cherish their spiritual ancestors in the form of the Jews.
After all, what is a rebellion against your parents if you cannot kill the very ones they believe in? This drift toward Mormonism, 'New Wave' Temu-Catholicism, and others is quite simply an anti-Biblical pursuit.
