The next 'Spy Kids': Israeli training school for the Next Generation of Mossad and Shin Bet Leaders

In the quiet town of Katzrin in the Golan Heights, a new generation of Israel’s future spies is emerging. Here, students are being carefully trained to become the next leaders in the country’s most secretive and powerful intelligence agencies—Mossad and Shin Bet. Identified as early as ninth grade, these students enter the exclusive Odem program, where they adopt code letters in place of their real names, preparing them for their future roles in Israel’s elite security forces.
