Microsoft founder Bill Gates said Sunday on CNN's State of the Union that society will soon need to decide how to tax artificial intelligence and which roles should be kept for human workers. AI "is changing the world more than any previous technology," he said.
Host Jake Tapper asked Gates about his earlier warning that job losses from AI would be "unprecedented" because the technology affects nearly every sector. Tapper also raised Gates's call to reserve certain work in education and healthcare for people.
