Hamas filmed hostage but never released it

Released hostage Eitan Mor says Hamas filmed him repeatedly in captivity but never published the footage and explains why he believes his father's refusal to join protests kept the videos off the air

Hamas Filmed Me Dozens of times, But Never Released it: Eitan Mor's Striking Slaim

Hamas filmed released hostage Eitan Mor dozens of times while he was held in Gaza, but never published any of the footage, he told Chanoch Daum on Channel 12’s “Tabo.”

According to Mor, the reason was tied to the position of his father, Tzvi Mor, who opposed a deal at any price and did not participate in demonstrations demanding the release of the hostages.

During the interview, Daum asked Mor whether he had been filmed by his captors.

Dozens of times, but they didn't upload anything

Mor replied. When asked why he thought the videos were never released, he explained:

For what? They saw that my father was against this decision, against ending the war at any price, so why waste a video of me - they released every video at the right timing before a demonstration.

Later in the interview, Mor addressed the criticism his father faced over his position that the war should not be ended at any price as part of a deal to free the hostages. Despite the difficult period he endured in captivity, Mor expressed support for his father's stance and emphasized that he views it as a courageous decision rooted in concern for Israel's future.

In my opinion, my father did the bravest act there is and the right national act, because [he] also thought about the future

he said. According to him, those who demanded the immediate return of the hostages focused on the present without considering the consequences.
