According to data from the Wolt app based on last year's Tu B'Av, the most popular gift for love day is flowers (47%), while 19% prefer to buy wine and cocktail sets. 18% opt for various gifts such as grooming kits and jewelry, and 16% choose chocolates and sweets.

Thinking about adding a card? You might not be surprised to learn that about 90% of gift orders for love day include a personal note from the giver. If you decide to go classic and order flowers for your partner, tulips, roses, lilies, lisianthus, and chrysanthemums are the top five flowers. However, according to the data, most people prefer to order mixed bouquets.

Remembering at the Last Minute

True to form, Israelis usually remember to order gifts at the last minute. So, when do people typically place their orders for love day? 33% place their orders in the morning (8 to 11 AM), 24% order in the afternoon (12 to 2 PM), 31% order in the late afternoon (3 to 5 PM), and only 12% remember at the last minute and order after 6 PM.
