While Israel has yet to put a player on an NFL field, it just crashed America’s biggest sporting event through raw tech innovation. Base44, an AI-powered no-code app builder, became one of the first Israeli companies to run a national Super Bowl commercial during Super Bowl LX.

The ad was styled after the hit show The Office and closed with the punchy slogan “It’s App to You.”

The platform lets anyonem no coding experience required, build fully functional apps simply by describing what they want in plain English prompts.

Base44 started as a side project created to help NGOs struggling to find developers. In just six months of independent operation, it exploded to 250,000 users with a tiny team of only eight employees. Israeli tech giant Wix then acquired the company for $80 million. Barely a year after launch, Base44 was on the biggest advertising stage in the world.

Prominent Israeli journalist Amit Segal highlighted the moment: Israel made its Super Bowl debut, not on the field, but through a scrappy underdog story that perfectly fits the classic sports-movie script.
