A heartbreaking development: The Hostage Families Headquarters published a new video on Thursday that includes, for the first time, footage received in April showing signs of life from hostages Maksim Harkin and Bar Kuperstein.
The headquarters stated: "A new video produced by the Hostage Families Headquarters is being released today. The video includes, among other things, the sign of life received from Maxim Herkin and Bar Kuperstein in April. The families approved the publication of only the clips included in this video.
The purpose of the video is to amplify the cry of the hostage families in the face of the possibility of a partial deal involving cruel selections, dividing blood from blood. All 50 hostages are humanitarian cases, some are in life-threatening condition, others in danger of disappearing forever."
The families are demanding a comprehensive agreement that ensures the return of the last hostage. "This is the only just and moral act, one that does not force impossible choices between siblings or prioritize one hostage over another."
