#TheGazaYouDontSee - How a Tweeter Shows the Reality of Gaza Before the War
Tweeter Imshin regularly shares clips and social media footage showing how life in cities in Gaza were like any normal city and far from the destitute "open air prison" claimed by Israel's critics.
Ever since Israel imposed an import blockade on key materials to the Gaza Strip after Hamas seized power, Israel's critics have accused it of turning the whole region into an "open air prison" where there is nothing but suffering. An X/Twitter account is trying to show that things aren't that simple.
With war now raging throughout the Strip, X/Twitter account @imshin has regularly tweeted social media clips and footage showing ordinary city life in Gaza before the war started - including delicious restaurants, normal stores, and even traffic problems.
