Two attacks took place last night (Wednesday), at around 6:00 P.M., in two different areas of the country. One was a shooting attack in northern Samaria, and the other was an attempted vehicular attack in the Hebron Hills.

A short while ago, the Shin Bet and the police reported that under the intelligence guidance of the Shin Bet, soldiers from the Gideonim Unit (33) of the Israel Police, together with IDF forces from the Menashe Brigade, arrested the suspect in the shooting that took place yesterday in the area of the Rehan crossing, as a result of which two IDF soldiers were seriously wounded.

During the operation, focused intelligence information from the Shin Bet led the forces to surround the suspect's home, who eventually turned himself in to them.
