Iran accused the United States and Israel of violating the ceasefire, hours after Iranian missile fire toward Israel and renewed Israeli strikes in Iran.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Washington bears responsibility for the latest escalation, arguing that Israel would not have acted against Iran without American backing.

“The Israeli occupation cannot launch an attack against Iran without coordination with the United States,” Baghaei said.

He claimed that the US stands behind what he described as Israel’s aggressive actions and is responsible for undermining the ceasefire and increasing regional tensions.

“The United States is behind all the acts of aggression taking place,” he said. “It is responsible for the violation of the ceasefire and for the tension in the region.”

Baghaei also accused Washington of acting inconsistently and damaging diplomatic efforts aimed at stabilizing the situation.

“The United States is acting inconsistently and undermining diplomatic efforts,” he said. “Its actions cannot be separated from Israel’s.”

The statement reflects Iran’s effort to frame the renewed conflict not only as a direct confrontation with Israel, but as a joint Israeli-American campaign. It comes as Tehran continues issuing threats after the latest round of missile launches, while Israel says it is responding to Iranian attacks and preparing for several more days of intense fighting.
