Algeria is now (Wednesday) circulating a draft resolution to be voted on by the UN Security Council, according to Axios reporter Barak Ravid.

The resolution focuses primarily on alleged Israeli human rights violations, including targeting or depriving civilians in a war zone, and asserts that Israel, as an "occupying power" cease its offensive in Rafah as per Algeria's interpretation of the recent ICJ injunction.

The resolution further "demands an immediate ceasefire respected by all parties, and also demands the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, and further demands that the parties comply with their obligations under international law in relation to all persons they detain."
